Background

FitLine, a well-known brand of dietary supplements and cosmetics produced in Germany, aimed to enter the Chinese market. Feidekai, the main distributor for FitLine products in China, offers a variety of products, including skincare, sports nutrition, and anti-aging items.

Challenge

The key challenge was to develop a business model that aligned with existing operations while complying with Chinese market entry regulations. Additionally, due to the high service requirements of the product, it was crucial to integrate a strong distribution component.

Service & Solution

By leveraging a hybrid model that combines direct sales and distributor networks, Feidekai efficiently managed last-mile delivery and set a solid foundation for future business models like O2O (Online-to-Offline). The integrated platform, accessible via mobile and desktop applications, allowed dealers to manage their stores effectively and customers to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

This strategic approach enabled Feidekai to successfully enter the Chinese market, bridge online and offline operations, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
