Background

Mannatech, a US-based NASDAQ listed company renowned for its focus on improving and maintaining customer health worldwide, sought to enter the Chinese market. They required a swift and efficient solution to launch a cross-border online website and WeChat store.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to implement a localized strategy for China’s cross-border eCommerce market, adapting to the unique shopping habits of Chinese consumers. Additionally, the solution needed to allow for customizations and tailored features to meet local demands while ensuring full legal compliance and seamless integration with local ecosystems.
